About Bette Midler
Honolulu, Hawaii did not know what they were getting when Bette Davis Miller was born in December 1945. As soon as Bette could, you managed to get off the islands and moved to New York City to pursue her career in the music industry. In 1972 she released her album “The Divine Miss M”. Which, today is still going strong on the music charts.
Not only in Bette known for her music but she is also well known on the big screen with such movies as: “The Rose”, “Down and out in Beverly Hills”, “Ruthless People”, and her well known role in “Beaches”. She is also seen with Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton in “The First Wives Club” and other fabulous movies that show how well rounded and full of talent Bette truly is.
She is currently performing at the well known and loved Caesar’s Palace. But, Bette will be taking a break from Vegas and going back to her favorite town of New York City to perform in Hulaween for Halloween at the Waldorf Astoria. She will head right back to Vegas to her home stage to continue her performances in November and through out the beginning of the 2010 year.
