In 1972, the E Street band was formed and joined the Bruce Springsteen tour later that year. The E Street Band has toured with Springsteen for the last four decades, and if you have a chance to go to one of the many Bruce Springsteen concerts that take place almost every year, you will enjoy the talents of the E Street Band as well.

Roy Bittan - PianoRoy Bittan is a rock and alternative musician who plays the piano, organ, and accordion. Bittan joined the E Street Band in 1974 and has been featured as a session musician for several artists.Clarence Clemons - SaxophoneLovingly known as "The Big Man", Clarence Clemons is an original member of the E Street Band. Clemons is a rock saxophone player, and has released several solo albums, and has branched out to star in film and television.Nils Lofgren - Guitar/Background VocalsBlues and classical rock guitarist Nils Lofgren joined the E Street Band in 1984, and plays guitar and provides backing vocals. Lofgren has established a solo career and has contributed musical arrangements to television shows.Patti Scialfa - Vocals/SynthesizerPatti Scialfa is a rock musician and songwriter who joined the E Street Band in 1984. Scialfa provides backing vocals and plays synthesizers. She has been married to Bruce Springsteen since 1991 and has branched off as a solo artist.Steven Van Zandt - Guitar/Backing VocalsHeartland rock guitarist Steven Van Zandt became a member for the E Street Band in 1975. Van Zandt is a background vocalist and plays guitar. Although he is a producer, DJ, and songwriter, Van Zandt is best known for his role as Silvio Dante on "The Sopranos".Garry Tallent - BassRock bassist Garry Tallent has been playing bass with the E Street Band since 1971 and has branched off to produce records for other artists.Max Weinberg - DrumsMax Weinberg has been the drummer for the E Street Band since 1974.
