This season also sees the return of some of last season’s up-and-comers: goaltender Jonathan Quick, as well as forwards Oscar Moller and Wayne Simmonds, point to what the organization and fans alike are hoping is the year all of the rebuilding pays off. With optimism from the Kings organization and the expectation for this young team to make it into the play-offs for the first time since 2002, the Kings are ready to play—and more importantly to their faithful and hopeful fans, to win.
