More About Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers started out as a team in 1976. They lost their first twenty six games much to the fans dismay, but made up for it by winning the Super Bowl Championship of 2002. The club is currently owned by the Glazer family and the new head coach is Raheem Morris. Win or lose, this team has also been fun to watch. Fans in Tampa generally find it difficult to obtain Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets unless they use a private ticket agency. Although private agencies generally charge more than the original price, a recent poll of fans suggests that more than 51% are willing to pay more to have better seats and better customer service; both of which are offered by our company. The team colors are Red and pewter. If you are lucky enough to be able to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play a home game, you will watch it at the famous Raymond James stadium. One of the most popular sights to see at the stadium is the pirate ship in the end zone. Traditionally, each time the Buccaneers get into the end zone or score a touch down, the cannon shoots off, making the stadium roar with applause. The team mascot is a pirate who happens to be an excellent dancer. There are many dining areas in the stadium along with the typical hot dog vendors. The restrooms in the stadium are even equipped with small screens so you won't miss any of the game. You are sure to enjoy yourself if you get to attend a Tampa Bay Buccaneer football game. Some fun facts concerning the Buccaneer players are that Mike Alstott was known as the "A-Train". When he scored a touch down, it was traditional for the fans to blow wooden whistles that sounded like train whistles. One of the funniest, most memorable plays in a Bucs game occurred when Warren Sapp, who played as defensive tackle, somehow ended up intercepting the ball when it was thrown. As a defensive tackler and a very large man, he wasn't quite sure what to do with it once it was in his hands, but made a valiant effort to run as fast as possible towards the Buccaneers end zone before finally running out of steam and passing it off to another player. During the Super Bowl Game, running back Mike Alstott scored the first touchdown in Buccaneers Super Bowl history. Watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is a treat for any football fan.
