About Jersey Boys
Not only can you see Jersey Boys on Broadway, but the show is touring all over the world including Vegas, Chicago, London, Melbourne and Toronto. Jersey Boys was the 2006 Tony Award winner for Best Musical and has been acclaimed “too good to be true” by Clive Barnes of the New York Post.
The original Broadway cast had John Lloyd Young as Frankie Valli, Christian Huff playing Tommy DeVito, Daniel Reichard as Bob Gaudio, and J.Robert Spencer as Nick Massi. They all looked and sounded like the original members of the Four Seasons, making the Jersey Boys show one that many have raved about.
The show is split into two acts with a 15 minute intermission. The first act tells the story of them all trying to carve out a life in music while trying to get though life on the streets of New Jersey. In the second act we learn more about the dark times they experienced while making their way up the ladder of the music business, including the drinking, womanizing, criminal conduct and more.
